My car through a code PO 171 Bank 1 fule system lean. I tried seaeching the net, any ideas on what it can be? I do have an exhaust leak in the down tube before the cat. This is the first code in 82,000 miles. Fuel filter was replaced 10,000 miles ago. Why would bank 1 be lean and not bank 2?

I got the part on the way, 3 consecutive 'clean' trips and the code will reset itself 
Check for exhaust leaks that may cause a false lean condition to be indicated. An exhaust leak may cause outside air to be pulled into the exhaust gas stream past the HO2S, causing the system to appear lean
