he was talking about the tails, I know that the 92-95 SSE/SSEi can do it, but now sure about the 96+ lights

well...i jumped on the bandwagon.....finished in like 35 minutes...i suppose it helped that i was close like 95 degrees.

i posted this question on another topic but didnt hear anything so ill ask again:

i tried to rmeove my headlamps but couldnt... i removed the 2 bolts on the top of the assembly, a long one and a short one, but it still would not come out. something in the corner was still holding it in. i dont have an owners manual and i cant find a repair book locally for my year...

there is a ball and socket joint in the outside corners, just give em a tug and they will pop out

thanks... i could not find this on techinfo or anyplace else on the web... probably just didnt search long enough. Ill take a new pic as soon as the headlights lose the ugly orange and hopefully i can get the back lights done also.

once you get it out....put a little grease on the ball (if you're ever planning on taking the housing out again, it will make it a lot easier )

that was the hardest part when i did mine the lights were stuck in their pretty good took me a good tug to get them out
