Changing tires... (update..INSTALLED with PICS)
Same place I was thinking I had to go look it up. I thought that seemed a high but you are in canada so that may make a differnce. I don't see it being that much of a differnce.

Thanx back and ya I've been looking around because my new mags want 265'* at least. I stretched my 235'* on but need to replace them. Car is MUCH more squirrely since i had OEM 235'* stretched on the 8 inch wide chromes
and their prices are great. I blew a 18/50/235 just after I got car and cost $245 to replace it at Goodyear dealer. They are also the only dealer I found with 60 series street tires in 18 inch.... I figure I got room in the wheel well for 60'* and since the real final drive ratio is determined by tire size why not move up and fill the well

Ya just about any garage will do, They still like money. I had my OEM Goodyear tires swapped onto new chromes at a Cooper dealer and they had no qualms about it
hey mike, do you know how to use www.tirerack.com ? Just about anything from Michelin is a great tire. I feel the same about Bridgestone/Firestone as well. I have Firestone Firehawk SZ50EP'* on mine (225/60/16) and they have been an EXCELLENT tire. I even dropped .25 off my 60' time!!

I really like the look of the Bridegestone Potenza RE750, Khumo ECSTA SPT and the Fuzion ZRi in last.
its a tought choice !It seem that the only Michelin tire available is the 4X4 Diamaris. :?

The Potenza'* are the only of the 3 you picked with the soft rubber tread compound for traction, other two use a silica/rubber compound for wear and try to make the traction up with tread design. Im going with the 275/60/18'* Potenzas when the OEM ribber is burnt off
only drawback with them is they are worthless in the snow as Brigestone themselves state.

The only cons is i have to order from canada and i will pay custom fee, taxes, shipping...
