You don't have to remove the adjuster nut. I've removed these fog light housings many times to replace the lamp, just follow the instructions in my previous post. Boosty, the car in question is an 02 SSEi and they are more difficult to change fog lights than the 92-99'*

As long as it doesnt stick too bad, the 02 SLE/SSEis are a quick 4 minute job, adding the two minutes on the end for a quick beer.
