Default Can't get the back seat out

Ok dumb thread, but can someone please tell me how to get the stupid backrest out?

I took the bolts at the bottom out (the ones that hold the seat belts in too. The bottom is loose as a goose and I can lift it up to the point where the top portion is still stuck. I have lifted up, pulled out, pushes sideways and yet it still is in the car. I might have even broke a tab that is connected to the seat back as the one side is now bent out it seems like.

Someone must have taken this out before, so inform me of what I am doing wrong.

Thanks a bunch.

OK, this is a 97, and I think yours is a little different, but might give you an idea.
