My caliper is hung up... I can tell this because.
1. There is brake dust all over the front right wheel.
2. I can feel the car "brake" while driving
3. Right front caliper is very, very hot

There are a few things that could cause it. Crud stuck in the brake line that could keep the piston from releasing. You could try bleeding that caliper well to see if that helps. The seals or piston in the caliper could be worn. Replacing the caliper, or rebuilding it, would be fix. The slides on the caliper, which the slide pins go through, could be sticking and need to be lubed up.

Another, possibility that occurs more often on cars slightly older than yours, is the rubber flex hose running to the caliper starts to break down internally. It then works similar to a check valve, allowing pressure to be applied, but only slowly allowing it to release. Replacing the hose is the only way to find out if that is the problem.

I took the two bolts off that hold the caliper together. One bolt was greased like it should be. The other, came out with a fuss, and it was slightly rusty, and bare dry. I then inspected the way in which the pads had worn, and they both only wore on the front side. I would conclude that the front most bolt, which no grease, did not allow the breaks to release from the "applied" position and thus my problem.

I am headed out to pick up some grease and a bite to eat.
