Default CAI vs FWI

I've been looking around and trying to decide on a intake setup. I've looked at both the
CAI'* and FWI'*. I know the FWI would be quite a bit cheaper, but what are the differences between them power wise. Any help would be appreciated.

Peace,
Bonnevillemac
