On my 01 Park Avenue, I am trying to replace the cabin air filter. I have the service manual and following the steps listed in the manual. I can't seem to get the filter out. I am pulling the bottom plastic tab and the filter wont budge. Am I missing something. BTW the filter for this car is inside the car just to the right of the accelerator pedal. Any suggestions?
