I picked up the cracked head

(all pics are thumbnails, click to enlarge) Sorry I did not state this on web site

I think is would have gone awhile before it started to cause problems.
I asked for a performance valve grind, will see what they end up doing to them.
The supercharger feels ok when spinning it by hand, probably leave the oil in it for now.
Any place to get a drive pulley before wednesday??

Wow - that valve is missing a big piece. It' hard to tell from the picture but it looks more like a piece broke off the valve. Does it actually look burnt?

How'd the other plugs look & what kind of plug are they?

All done, I went through 3 cylinder heads before I got one that was not cracked. Found one for $100, had the valves ground and reassembled. Funny thing though, the rough running engine at idle that my wife has been complaining about for the last 20k is gone.
Well new heads, plugs, wires, fuel filter and had the fuel injectors flow tested and cleaned later it should be "GOOD TO GO" Should I be using sea-foam in the fuel once in a while to prevent this from happening again?
