pretty crappy day here in southern ontario, noticed today when i was driving to and from work whenever i came to a complete stop and released the brake to go again the front brakes, both sides seemed to stick a little, they release right away but they make a little pop noise when they release, help me , is this serious or could the bad weather be causing it, it was fine yesterday?

You got a lot of salt and sand build up in your calipers it sounds like.
Pressure wash them from the back side and see if it helps.
