Default bad random misfire

ok so i have a 2000 SSEi i changed the plugs and wires the other day and noticed one of the coil towers was rusty. i hit it with a wire brush and just stuck the wire on and let it ride. well here we are a few days later the car starts a misfire so i swap out the coil pack with one off another car and the misfire gets worse. so i put the stock coil pack on and it gets even worse WTF? then i go to reach for a vacc line and touch the #6 plug wire and it shocks the **** out of me. then i grab the #1/#4 coil pack and it shocks me too WTF is going on here? the wires are brand new the coils look good with no cracks and no sparks that can be seen at night so i have no idea why its misfiring or shocking me plz HELP!!!

im about to go out and change out the other 2 coils with the ones from that car and a also have a ICM that im going to change too to see if that changes anything. ill let yal know what changes when i do that.

Test your coils out.

i have changed and swaped all coils and the ICM out with no real change. when i swap the icm'* out my miss'* move but are still there. the one i was just looking at is cyl 4 when i take the plug out and stick it in the wire and ground it i get a strong spark. untill i put it back in the motor like it should be there is no change in how the motor runs with that plug wire on or off. im using gloves and plastic plyers to pull the wires off of the coil when the motor is running and i get a strong spark out of the coil but somehow its not making it to the plug when the motor is running.

Check and make sure your not grounding out. Also make sure your plug wires are not near the O2 sensor wire.

I'm having kind of the same problem-when idleing at temp in park i feel a miss the car almost bounces, It seems only in park when warmed up. Just changed plugs/wires wondering if one wire is arcing to the o2 senser. How do i fix or check for this.

even if it is near the o2 with new wires and no visible cracks on the coils it should not shock me when i touch them. im getting spark out of the coil through the wire and out of the spark plug but for some reason its not burning in the cly. i pulled the plug out and its all black from getting fuel sprayed on it and it not burning.
