theres a post count limit and time limit and if someone else posts

its just a regular multimeter most people have them if you work on cars or electrical even a little.you can get one pretty cheap

The tps isgood I believe it kind moved slowly. Yikes I might need to take a vid and post it.
Just wondering if my solid mount was to tight or long would this happen?

Could a clogged cat cause this? I took the shield off the cat and hit it with a hammer it really sounded shaky. I will be replacing that this weekend.
I did notice today on my way to work is it was surging I could hear a sound out the window
just like if I was in to high of a gear, just as soon as I taped the brake the rpm go up a few hundo then sounds perfect

Always possible, but generally a clogged cat will cause a loss of power.

If the cat was clogged then you would feel the loss of power. Wouldn't be a surge.

Well it kinda has no power for that few sec before it will down shift.. hmmm
I might go chop this thing off for a test.
