what is the stock amps on a 2000 bonneville sle alternator and would any one know where i could get one about 60 to 90 amps more thanks

I'm not sure of the stock amperage on the 2000 SLE, but I do know you can get alts with higher amps from your local autoparts stores. Even better is Mr. Alternator. There was a group buy just a bit ago on here.

While that buy is over, the thread includes alll the info you'll need to get one of your own. I believe there are 160 A and 200 A replacements available.
