Default 2004 SE misfiring

Hello all!!

I am working on my wife'* 2004 Bonneville SE'* misfiring issue(P0300). I have already changed all plugs and wires. A cylinder balance test show 2 and 5 consistently are not firing, so I changed out the 2&5 coil pack. Cylinder balance test still shows 2 and 5 not firing. What is the next thing to look at or change?

Thanks in advance
Al

Sounds like the ICM has failed. Get one from a salvage yard for a cheap confirmation.

Probably the ICM, but you might also want to check fuel pressure, and make sure all injectors are firing.
