I have a 2003 SLE and last year the climate control started acting up. It would be working just fine then stop blowing. Then after a little while it would blow again. It hasn't happen in probably the last 6 months, then it happened again a few days ago. It wasn't blowing then I hit a bump in the road and it started blowing again. Could the colder weather be effecting something? Anyone have any ideas?

Unplug the blower motor and test the voltage there. What do you have when the blower is at min, and at max.
