Angry 2000 SSEI Hesitation when Punched

I just bought the 2000 SSEI and drives fine and smooth. But when i accelerate hard on the gas at lower speeds the boost goes up very high and starts hesitating and spuddering, this also happens on the highway when i want to accelerate qucik to pass someone.
If i start a 0 and punch it, it hesitates really bad and runs terrible. Any ideas how to fix this or whats wrong??

You have a bad coil, plug wires, or spark plugs. Replace them and the problem will be fixed.

Plugs are not to bad, and really should be changed. The wires are a simple mater of taking one off, and putting the new one on, then move on to the next. The coils are 2 small bolts, pull it off and put new one on. To do everything, not sure, wires perhaps $40, I think coils are around $35 each. Plugs it depends on what kind you go with.

I would add a fuel filter to the parts list.

flashing cel is missfire so that goes along with what dan said. just do one wire at a time so you dont get them crossed and get some dielectric grease for the coil and plug terminals and the little tabs that stick out of the ign module into the coil

Ya, the light is likely a P0300, that'* random misfire, could also be a P030x which is a misfire on a cylinder. Bottom line, your coils are likely bad. Replace them and you will be all set. As this is a new car, to you. New coils, plug wires, spark plugs, fuel filter, air filter, along with oil and filter change. Check the trans fluid as well. You will be all set then. Nearly any problem that may come up we have covered here. Techinfo has write ups for just about everything.

New coils ONLY if one is bad. If it'* just plugs and wires, which commonly is the issue. Swap only them.
