Kennginn, willwren, Gumball;

scares you? now I'm scared...

how much of a difference is the bend making, I think I can use a straighter section of pipe... but it wont be long enough to get the filter right down in that corner... i also dont know of a way around using the stock accordian... on top of it having a perfect mount for the sensor... suggestions???

thats just a pic from intense'* page

just using it as an example of what i should do to fix the bend in the pipe problem... i would think this setup get a lot of hot air...

That setup is in a smaller engine bay (GP), looks funny because the intercooler has raised the M90, and will suck alot of air.

Try copying 2000SilverBullet'* setup. Sraight-in shot. No bends at all. And very well shielded.

That pic is from Tim King'* car. It is track setup and only has that filter on it for getting it on/off the trailer and around the pits. For track runs it runs filterless with our INTENSE hosing out the front headlight. You should seriously consider a FWI if you want performance.
