well, I thought that was the issue. it came back today. I have it rounded down to the rear fuse block under the seat. it gets very hot, about 7-10 seconds is all I care to leave my hand on.
all the relay leads are open and the coil sides read 78 ohm'*

on the lighter side, went to GM to pickup the SC oil and the sales crew informed me that the main ingredient "fatty acids" is ..... Whale Semen.
that'* gotta be a rough career. ill never complain about paying $20. for 8 oz of SC oil again

I gave that more creative brainstorming than necessary, and my conclusion was-
I don't want to know about that process

the car needs to be towed to a shop, its now a short to ground that can drain a fully charged batt in 5 minutes.

whats my best bet for repair, i was thinking the dealership would have the best equipment to communicate with the vehicle for a faster repair?

Ive got six days invested and i have been beat by the Pontiac

By the way, Mobil 1 synthetic engine oil is an acceptable subsitute for SC oil.
