cupping is shocks/struts, uneven wear is alignment. but if you put shocks or struts on you have to have it aligned anyway. the struts on my old monte and my moms imp only lasted around 50k before cupping the tires.

Very high likelihood of a bad hub sensor or bad connection somewhere. Get an Actron Brakescan from amazon for around $60 to pull the ABS codes.
