Default WTF NO BRAKE FLUID

ok so i got the idiot light and i get home check the MC and i have bout 1/4 cylinder, i check it again bout 1/2 hour later NO fluid... open up the MC cap and its makin like a sucking/gurgling noise....... no leaks on the ground..... cant figure it out its been losin a lil brake fluid at a time but this is the first MAJOR leak of it ive had.. i figure ive got a broken line somewhere but i cant find any leaks/signs of it

Check your rear drum brakes for a blown wheel cylinder! Your shoes might be completely soaked.

$370 for a master cylinder? That'* not right. Even if the wheel cylinders, and shoes were replaced, and of courre bleed, thta still would not be right.

The master cylinder is only about $60 from autozone.... Wow $300 for a 10 minute job...
278 for a lifetime warrenty brand spankin new one, 70 for labor then shop fees took em like an hour and a 1/2

a little upset and taken aback.. however no where else would have been able to get the car in and out TODAY

Sometimes you gotta just suck it up and pay. I won't rip ya for that one. Brakes are brakes, and you NEED them in tip top shape. Our yukon has gone thru rotors 2x now, and i drove it this last time with them bad. Stopping off the freeway from 75 MPH was scary.... Heck just slowwing down on the freeway a little made the car shudder.
