Is it normal? 'Cause it annoys me. I'll be cruising along and whomp it, I can count to 4 before It get power to the ground. What'* up?

Is the trans hunting around? These trannnies don't have a physical kickdown cable do they.

Thought occured to me, what about Heaat soak? Is this only when heated up? I don't think there'* the torque converter problem, those started in 94 i believe.

After about 15 miles of driving around screwing with it,

I was low on tranny fluid, that'* was about 1/3 of the problem, have to find that leak at some point...

All of this at any speed over thirty, getting better with speed, The motor rev'* real slow up, then jumps ~100rpm, then I get my power.

Alrighty, I was hopin it was something stupid so I could fix it before I autoX a scaled down Watkins Glen, But It'll have to wait.

Heh...I wish. On my '71 Torino, I just bent the rod and, voila, quicker kick-down response. heheh
