window tint removal
after peeling off the tints on my bonneville i found out that they werent too dark.....
but hey wats done is done....
now im trying to get them reinstalled but everyplace i go ther raise the price because theres a lot of the glue still on the REAR WINDOW ....
so my question to my bonneville family is wats the easiest and cheapest way to remove the glue w/o damaging the defrosting lines....

Spray or wipe on the solvent you choose. Don't let it run onto the deck carpet. Let it gel up. Than once it is nasty and gelly like just take some paper towels and start wiping it off.
When you get the greater majority of the goo off; finish with rubbing alcohol to remove the dried film it will leave. Than just wash the windows with windex or some window cleaner. Done. Enjoy.
Don't forget to wear gloves and possibly cover the rear deck for goo droppings.
