The windshield washer fluid does squirt on to the windshield when the switch is turned on, but there dosen't seem to be much pressure to force it all the way up the windshield...

Id would vote for the pump on that one.
Try Canadian Tire, as far as i know, they carry ones for our cars.

Is this true on both sides? Is it any different? Any buildup on/in the nozzles?
What about debris in the bottom of the tank?

Fast replies...got to love it...but yes both sides are the same for lack of fluid pressure.A quick look at the nozzles and every thing seems ok. Debris maybe... I will take a closer look tomorrow. A pump probably does't cost too much anyway...

If both sides are the same, don't look any closer to the windshield than the Y. You either have a pinched hose, or a weak/blocked pump, or a blocked hose.

Where would I look for a pinched hose ? Just below the windshield under the mesh/ grill?...

No, I'd ignore anything that far up. Look from the driver'* strut tower towards the pump. You'll see the hose at that point, and won't have to bother removing the climate control intake shield (black vent thingy at the base of the WS).
