Default Will a clogged cat ruin your top end power?

I can't remember...
Also, could it cause a bad idle? I'm gonna be changing it out this weekend, so I want to know what to expect.

well that can be one of the things it can do, but other things can make those problems as well.

Like Low Fuel Pressure.

This should not be to hard to find whats wrong, Get a Fuel pressure Gage and Check it. someone in Ohio should have one you can barrow.

And also, Have you Ever changed your Fuel Filter?

FWIW when I had a clogged cat, the car got slower as it got hotter.
Might not be the case always but thats what happened with me.

I'm pretty sure I changed it in August when I did a full tune-up, but I'll check that when I'm down there. I'll just buy a pressure gauge from AZ, it can't be that expensive...

There like $25-35

I would see if you can Barrow one first. its hard to return something that smells like Gas

and to test it right, you need to Mod it
