Just another though....Check your front wheel bearings for play. I don't recall if someone mentioned that already.

wheel barrings have no play........and the subframe K frame mount are good too. I have an idea on how to diagnose this............im going to mount a cammera in the wheel well and record it going around a corner at about 70mph which is wene it happens, hopeffully this will yield some awnsers....

I hope you get really lucky. A good bump..camera could be gone...a little rock or some sand...camera is probably gone.
In theory I like your idea...hopefully you have a camera that you don't mind if it doesn't come back from the trip, just in case

at 70mph, would you even be able to see anything with a camera? you use so little steering when you are going that fast. is it the same curve that you are taking that you notice it, or is there more than one that it does it on?
If you haven't had the oversteer before rack replacement,my first guess would be a defective rack.It has been known to happen.Had a defective rebuilt one in a honda Accord one time.I'd also make sure none of the hydraulic lines both metal and hose are kinked or smashed. Some hydraulic components don't tolerate back pressure too well, especially in a return line back to the reservoir.Just a thought.Must be kinda scary driving sometimes.
