i only use octane which in these neck of the woods is 93+ octane rating, but ya i got to change that O2 sensor, i kicked my cat(hehe no pun intended) and it sounded ok, based off of what they sounded like on my 94 and my 90 when they went bad, adn the 91 we had, and this one sounds good, i will get the part monday, iwas gonna get it today but had too hectic of a day, working retail the day before christmas, AHHH, hehe, neways, ill let yall know the results monday after the swap and see how it does for a few days\

Ok now i need a part number for gmpartsdrirect to order this, i followed all the steps on the site to get it and when i proceeded to checkout it said it was not a valid number, so what is the part number so i can order this. thanks guys

Does the car act like it wants to shut off when you come to a stoplight?? Because my car has black on the tips and it always has. I have changed the cat, the O2 sensor, and did a tune up, but I also run 87 octane in mine.

only when it is below half a tank, it will stall when u stop or make hard corners, i know exactly what that problem is but do not feel like fixing it at the time
