Will stock 16" wheels from a '99 Bonneville bolt up to my '96 Bonneville?

Also we are planning on painting the '99 wheels with some black accents. Does anyone know if they can be painted? The '99 wheels are the factory spoke wheels.

I believe they will. I think from like 1987 on the stock wheel bolt pattern has been the same in all Bonevilles. check the chart on the link.
