Are you sure? Because I have an SE, and to my knowledge I don't have electronic level control. I've never heard a compressor operate, and I've never seen the car level itself. I could be wrong, but that has been my understanding.

Fuel pump harness and ELC wiring. If you look on the other side of it you'll see where your fuel pump + level sender finally ground, right there at the spade connector.

Agreed, Fuel pump wiring. If ELC equipped it'll be for that as well.
