MIne is real dark black. It is even more black than the 98 bonneville ssei my dad had for sail. Neither one has been repainted. Both factory paint.

jrs3800 i have chrome rims and grey leather interior on that blue color....though i still kept those same color blue rims hanging around for winter driving.

You want to talk about salt? Michigan leads the country in per lane-mile tonage of salt use in the winter with 37 tons per lane mile. I think Mass comes in second with 23 tons per lane mile. Gotta keep Detroit happy by rotting out our cars. That'* why I love California, my 1969 Lincoln Mark III is still rust-free and has never been rust proofed. (it is also still in storage out there )
