Default Wet mat

The latest thing I have found going on is when I take out the driver'* mat to clean out the car, right where my heel rides on the mat it is always wet. I have looked and felt around and it appears to be just water......no smell, no stickiness, etc. What is the opinions on this??? OOPS, I forgot.... it is wet on the bottom of the mat........

well if you dont have a hole in the floor it sounds like a classic windshield leak. water can leak in and wander a long way before it hits the floor.

I am glad you bought this up. I have been wanting to talk about this since the 97 SSE i had. I had the same problem with both cars.
