water pulley broke
you're talking about the water pump? just replace the whole thing. They're dirt cheap, and here is the techinfo procedure

since yours isn't supercharged you wont have to remove the SC belt and things obviously... i also did mine without removing the motor mount like techinfo says. maybe its different on an ssei

I think its only necessary to remove the motor mount if you are replacing the belt. I did mine a while back and did not remove the mount. Just push the belt out of the way..but make sure you make a little drawing of where it goes first..i know it sounds dumb but its deceptively confusing...
im sure he talking about the idler or tensioner here
but i would assume he can discern the WP pulley from any other
but perhaps not ?
dont know
and regarding the belt and engine mount info
false
the engine mount need not be removed to remove the belt
only the bolt and its spacer at the front bottom by the crank balancer needs to be pulled
grind one end of the spacer down a little to shorten its length a little bit to get the spacer back in easily
right angle grinder or bench grinder
getting ready to do the belt on my 92 really soon
just did two others recently
common deal
all you have to do is remove the inner wheel tub splash shield(the retarded round post push pull pin flat **** style clips almost always break so i use a self tapping sheemetal screw to reinstall the top of the shield
and turn the wheel all the way to the right
simple
