You'll need to spray it very well with penetrating oil, and get a gear puller (3-jaw) that you can fit in between the nosedrive and the back of the pulley shaft flange. It won't be easy.

If you fail, you'll need a new nosedrive and pulley.

I suggest www.canadiansupercharger.com

I'm moving this to Forced Induction for you.

The closer I look at your pics, the more I think your input shaft is bent? How does the supercharger 'feel' if you spin it by hand?

It'* just the camera angle that makes it look like that, but I just ran back outside and it feels the same as it did before I starting to pull the pulley off.

You silly..

It looks like you forgot to take the hex nut off the end of the shaft before you tried to pull it.

What did you use to pull that? I HOPE that it was a supercharger pulley puller, and not a generic unit.

I rented a pulley puller from ZZP and the instructions said nothing about a hex nut at all and it looked as if it where part of the pulley to begin with.

There'* your problem. And I bet you boogered your threads horribly. You'll probably need a whole new nosedrive. Try a wrecker, as you can't buy individual components other than bearings and seals for these things.

I think this proves how strong those pullers really are. Sorry 'bout the accident. Happens to the best, and worst of us.
