my vent door i think is stuck or does not switch, when i turn on the AC it blows hot as hell air, and in the winter for a little bit when i hit the heat it blew cold air and i actually heard the door switching any one know how to fix this?

I had the same problem. The gear that turns the door is plastic and they had to replace it because it was stripped. unfortunately, its a 5 dollar part and 200 dollars labor b/c the dash had to come off... :(
