Default Turn Signales

Another minor issue that is driving me nuts. While driving today my blinkers started to act funky. When the head lights are on and I need to use the blinkers they go super sssssllllloooooowwwww......with the lights off the go a little faster but not normal. On my way home tonight when I used the left one it just went solid. On dash and HUD. I stopped at the local pars store and ordered a turn signal sensor since it wasnt in stock.....and I nor the parts guy know where to look. I looked it the DIY section and nothing. Any help on this would be apprecieated!!

I think the blinker unit is above the drivers side fuse box

I even tried to google a picture or diagram or something. The parts guy didnt even know what it looked like. On my old Cutlass Convt. it was by the Brake pedal......but when I was under looking I didnt see anything jump out there resembeled that. Once it comes it I may be able to start my scavenger hunt since I will have the new one in hand......

This is a bit blurry, but this should be the blinker.

When your lights are on and your turn is signal on, what is your voltmeter doing? Does it dip down everytime a signal comes on?

You may have a grounding problem. Check them all, don't forget about the ground bus under the front doors.
