Default trans loseing 4 gear

finely got a new trans ive put 40 miles on it the thing is it is loseing 4 it will shift fine for about 15 minets then it kicks its self out of 4 if i cut the car off and then back on it will work fine for another 15 or so minets it is the same year 1995 and the same 615bxw trans code on the tag i mean it goes to 3 tell i restart it then its fine like i said above

Got a warranty?

If the PCM sees too much slip in OD lockup (tcc applied), it'll kick OD off. You need to get a scantool on the car and drive it in OD. Let us know how many rpm'* of slip you record in lockup.
