I walked out of work tonight and went to my car and noticed a puddle underneath the front of it.. The parking lot is always full of fluid spills, but to be sure it wasn't mine, i popped the hood, and as soon as i grabbed the secondary release under the hood, it felt wet.. I smelled it and sure enough... trans oil :(. So i couldn't find any leaks in the system and the fluid was still full on the stick, so I start the car to pressurize the system and check for leaks and as i walk around front i see it squirting out of the trans cooler in front of the radiator... to say the least, I was not impressed. The only thing I can think of is someone poked something at it because I made it all the way to work and after I come out theres a puddle and its leaking fast when the car is started. I'll have to get a better look at it tomorrow to see the leak I guess. Does anyone know how long this will take to replace? I'll be doing it myself next week probably (good thing I have 2 cars). Are there any aftermarket direct replacements that I should go with? or would a stocker be better? thanks.

Aftermarket would be fine.. one of similar size...

im picking one up in about a half hour... what should i go with? Light, medium, or heavy duty? I'll probably go with medium, unless someone has a better suggestion. It'* only $34.99 lifetime, so I might as well.

You've got the L67. Go heavy duty. You can always block part of it off in the winter. The best choice though would be a thermostatically controlled unit.

Just get one a bit bigger than the stock cooler you're replacing, and make sure it whill physically fit.

I ended up buying the Heavy Duty and installed it yesterday, thanks for the input.
