Default Traction Control Light

My cousin now has my moms old 95. She called me yestereday and says the trac control light on the dash is always on and the ABS light comes on when shes driving. She tried pushing the button on the console, but it just turns off again. Any idea what it could be. She and her husband are tight on cash, so she doesnt want to take it to the dealer. She said the car runs and stops fine.

Thanks

Well It most likely wheel speed sensor on the car that is messing up. One thing to try is to make the wiring is connect by all for tires and make the connecter is clean.

my cousins husband, by no means a mechanic, got under the car and everything looked to be connected. My cousin said she may end up taking it to the dealer to let them look at it.

that could be expensive....If the ABS/TC is not needed, it will not affect the drivability of the car
