Default Timing problems?

I'm having some problems w/ my car since my last install.
I thought it was a clogged cat but it turns out it wasn't.
After my car goes above 185-190 it looses massive amounts of power. It feels like a ton of timing is being pulled. I'f i can get it back to 180 it runs fine. But keep in mind when it'* 180 and colder it runs great and is fast as sh*t. I have no idea what'* causing this. My climate control blinks the ext temp for a while after start up and my traction and abs lights are on.
So far i've isolated:
It'* not fuel filter/spark plugs/vaccum leak.
Any ideas?????

Sounds like ign problems ie; coil pack, ign modual cranksensor etc, check those out. Something along your ign system maybe starting to breakdown. If you have a Volt-OHM meter and a good repair manual you can check out the sensors and switches that make up the ign system and see which part it might be.
