Sounds like a lifter. Usually it'* because the lifter is stuck. When that is the case, a product like CD2 oil additive might free it up and quiet it. I have a really loud lifter tick in my VW that was quieted in 5 miles with the stuff. I add a bottle with each oil change.

so thats what i'll do.... 'not worry about it' i will try some CD2 with my next oil change

cheapest way is to use auto tranny fluid the detergent in it is like no other but this is what you do change your oil and filter fill with 2 less quarts of oil and add 2 quarts of tranny fluid drive the car for 1k then drain and do a normall oil change it works great i have done it on many cars
