y is it that every once in a while when im driving and gas it there is a real slight tick comming from the engine compartment but then other times it doesnt do it? i was wondering if it had to do with the fact the my car is running lean and i cant seem to fix it i checked all my electrical connections and no go

mine is cracked until this weekend...however it sounds like an exhuast leak.

Is the noise coming from the top end?

lifters making clatter?
