Default TCC Brake Input Circuit.

So My TCC Brake Input Circuit
Is Messed Up I Pulled The Cord Out
While Checking My Ground Bus
Didn't Know WHat It Was
So I Checked For Codes
And Got 38
So My Question :

Where Does The Cable Need To Hook Up To ???

i really need to know how to fix this i plan on

But I'm not sure of where it goes or what to do with it
i'm planning on taking out my center coucil because i'm
