Default tcc brake switch issues

I just got this sub and the abs light comes on about 15mph and the cruise dont work. scaned dtc'* and came back code 37.tcc brake switch on. can that be fixed by changing the switch on the brake pedal itself, or does that switch only control the lights?

It would appear that you have a bad switch. Yes, usually there are 2 switches at the pedal. One for the lights, and one for the Cruise/PCM/ABS. Which one, I don't know. You could just buy it and swap out the one that looks like it.

maybe they had a conversion company change the interior. when i was looking at trucks this last time, i was really looking for a decent sub and i drove one that had everything a conversion van had, but it had 200k and felt like everything was original. i ended up with the yukon because all the suburbans were wore out and i got a good deal on it
