will it work? what cange will i have to do it is a 3800 series 2 vin code k on both engines. from a 02 impalla to 95 bonn.

More than likely the PCM(due to changes of sensors) PCM wiring harness, and depending what trans was attached(possibly the 4T60E) the trans also.

You'll need the p/* engine mount, rear exhaust mani, throttle body, map sensor plug in the UIM, and wiring harness from the 95.
You may have to swap over the tensioner assembly and alternator too. The alt in the 95 only has one wire and the heater core coolant lines might be different.
