Just did this job on my car two months ago or so... Here are the numbers I have from when I did the job:

Pump: 88962472 $262.41
Sender: 25180048 $103.28
Strainer: 88963067 $9.06

Bought everything from a wholesale AC Delco supply house in Flint!

The AC Delco ones from GM don't. I thought that it would have too. Sadly, they don't.

My AC Delco pump did. The seperate strainer I ordered would fit my original pump, but not the replacement pump.

Hmmm.. Interesting. I know the ones for the 1999 model did not come with the strainer. GM SPO must have changed it somewhere along the line.

For what it'* worth, I did all of this on my 94 SSE last winter and my GM part did not come with a strainer either. I had to order it seperate later.
