Default Sticky accelerator pedal

My accelerator pedal is sticky, but it doesnt do it all the time. I have to put my foot under the pedal and lift up on it sometimes. Is this a throttle cable issue or a pedal spring problem?

That can be a sign that your throttle body is dirty. Open and close the throttle plate by hand and see if you can find where it is sticking. If it'* inside the throttle body, it needs to be cleaned.
