Default Steering problem

Hey everyone.

When I make a right turn the steering gets tight after about a 1/4 turn of the steering wheel. It'* smooth at the beginning of the turn but then gets tight...almost feels like the power steering goes out...but I don't think that'* it.

Sometimes when it happerns is stays tight all the way throught the turn and sometimes it goes away after a 1/4 of a turn of the steering wheel.

All the tie rod ends and struts are brand new and have been for about a year now. It doesn't do it to the left, only to the right. It just started about a week ago. I just did a brake job a few days ago and everything looked and felt good. Power steering pump is not that old and has plenty of fluid.

Any ideas?
Eric
