Default starting problems

this has happened a few times over the past few days. I leave the Car sit overnight or a few hours, and the car has a REEEALY hard time starting. (Other times the car fires right up) I turn the key all i get is clicks but it tries to start, Fuel pump is kicking on ( i get the clicking sound then the car turns over a few times but doesnt fire). All gagues light up properly

It did it this morning the car finally started but it the car was going crazy ( ding, ding, ding) really fast after the car was started ( parking brake was on) pulled the parking break the dinging stopped :?

things that i have checked

Battery voltage 12.5-12.7 when the car is off
Battery Voltage 14.6-14.7 then the car is on
No Corosion on the battery terminals
No SES light
No security light

things it could be?? I was thinking like the P/N switch or the starter taking a crap, (Prolly not the satrter)

any suggestions? this isnt a major problem but i want to find the cause

spoke to the head bonneville owner, he would have to agree w/ jr's3800

amanda said that it was doin it when it had gotten fairly cold over the weekend, my father said that when our car was havin a similar problem it was more noticable when it was cold and then the started eventually went.

that doesn't necessarly mean that is the problem but that is the general idea of what happened w/ our bonn, (hope we can catch up online tonight i have been fairly busy the last couple days)
