When i start my 96 bonneville se. it runs for a few seconds then shakes and coughs and shuts off. sometimes it doesnt even turn over it just tries. i had my remote start and alarm taken out because i thought that was the problem but it still happens. the only thing is that it doesnt happen every time i start. it works some days and some days it doesnt. When my car is in the not working status my power windows also dont work even though the radio and lights and electric does work. any suggestions. i had my battery starter alternator spark plugs checked out. everything.

This is interesting because my truck is in a similar spot. Most of the time I start it up and it'* great, then I'll go to start and it falls on it'* face.

My first thought is the IAC may not be taking the handoff well.
