Special grade fuel??
Tried to do a search, couldn't find what i was looking for...
Do I have to run midgrade or premium in the supercharged 3800 or is regular just fine... i've heard rumers but i don't know if i should trust them or not.

You'll probably achieve better mileage with the 91 than you would with 87 anyway. With lower octane fuel, you'll get knock (the Computer catches it before you hear it) and the Computer will retard the timing to protect the engine. This costs you power and efficiency. It can also be deadly to your engine if your knock sensor ever fails and can't detect knock.

Reading the 95 owners manual you will see it says you "can", and not to expect the performance if you do.
For the little extra per gallon a 91 octane would be a good investment to keep the car running properly. As well the power is addictive

I currently run mine with mid-grade 89 for 2 fill ups and then one of premium. I did this cause I was in college and poor, but with the prices going down slowly, I might switch back. Fortunately, I don't have to worry about that til spring.
