One SUPPORT of the torque axis mount should be removed. Not the whole thing.

As for removing the belt on the post 94'* with the motor mount interference:

Note that the original post has a rather long and complicated procedure, but you want to also refer to the post by BillBoost37 about 2/3 down the thread. I did it his way, and it works fine.

Note that you can use a standard socket on the reverse-torx bolt-head, as mentioned in the tutorials.

I just had my tensioner pulley replaced a few weeks ago... it had melted out completely... now that it'* replaced I'm beginning to notice chirping. Is it likely the tensioner assembly is bad?

Try lubing up the barrings on the pulleys. See if that quiets it down. You may need to replace the bad pulley.
